We are seeking an experienced Continental Chef to join our culinary team As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Continental dishes with high quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation & Cooking:
    • Prepare and cook Continental dishes according to established recipes and standards.
    • Evaluate the quality and presentation of all dishes.
    • Ensure consistency by following established recipes and techniques.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
    • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
    • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Menu Development & Specials:
    • Contribute to menu planning and development, creating new dishes and specials.
    • Prepare daily specials and seasonal dishes.
  • Staff Supervision & Training:
    • Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety protocols.
    • Provide ongoing training and support to team members.
  • Other Duties:
    • Assist other chefs with tasks as needed.
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the kitchen.
