Senior Project Manager Position

  • Plan Releases and Sprints: Schedule releases and sprints to maintain project momentum, ensuring continuous progress and delivery.
  • Facilitate Daily Scrum Meetings: Conduct regular meetings to address team challenges and progress, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Resolve Technical and HR Issues: Assist developers in resolving technical and human resource-related problems, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Provide Leadership and Guidance: Motivate and lead team members to achieve optimal performance and career growth, nurturing a culture of excellence.
  • Compile Technical Reports: Collect, analyze, and summarize information to create actionable reports that inform strategic decision-making.
