
Assistant Director

i. To design, plan, execute and evaluate need based CPD and CME programs for the university institute's faculty.
ii. To help in planning and execution of ICME
iii. Help the Riphah International Institutes in planning & implementation of OBE by helping them in their curriculum designing, renewal and program evaluation projects and its Quality Assurance.
iv. To help the post graduate students & faculty in carrying out high level research and publication in high impact factor journals by training them in Research essential skills.
v. To help the Riphah institute core committees in Curriculum Development, Renewal and Evaluation.
vi. To ensure the Quality Assurance in Curriculum & Student Assessment planning and implementation.
vii. To plan, organize, execute, evaluate and report the need-based Faculty Development programs for Riphah International University faculty members.
viii. To plan, execute and evaluate conferences, seminars (online), workshops planning, conducting and evaluation.
ix. To comply with all ORIC Score areas and educate faculty about it.
x. To align ORIC Score areas with QS Ranking areas and educate faculty about it
xi. Perform the marketing of events.
xii. Report on the events and projects.
Qualification
- PhD/M Phil Education, PhD/M Phil Educational Planning & Management, PhD Medical Education / MHPE
Experience
- Teaching Experience: Minimum 03 Years
- Administration / Management Experience: Minimum 03 Years
- Research Publication: Minimum 03
