Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring work stations and cooking equipment are clean as per 'clean as you go' principle.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Matriculate with certificate/training in cookery from recognized institution with 6-7 years related work experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of quantity cooking techniques and methods.
