Job Description:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the development of software products. Your primary goal will be to ensure successful product releases in the market.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Laying out the strategic product roadmap to guide the team's efforts.
  2. Maintaining market awareness and competitor analysis to inform product direction.
  3. Collaborating with domain experts to identify feature additions and enhancements.
  4. Supporting engineering teams in building and delivering high-quality products.
  5. Defining sales and marketing strategies to drive product adoption.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and marketing, to deliver valuable and high-quality products. Your decisions will impact the product's success, and you will be accountable for operational support, performance monitoring, and testing.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software development and agile methodologies. You must be able to analyze complex systems, evaluate trade-offs, and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills are essential for partnering with stakeholders, managing risks, and resolving issues that impact scope, quality, and schedule.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience leading teams that have delivered successful software products.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MIS is expected.
