English Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate English teacher to join our educational team. As a skilled educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in English language and/or literature.

The role involves planning and executing lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' communication skills, critical thinking, and love for reading and writing.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a respectful and orderly classroom atmosphere, encouraging active participation and collaboration among students, and integrating technology into your teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development - Design and deliver dynamic lessons aligned with curriculum requirements, incorporating diverse teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learning styles and levels.
  • Student Assessment - Develop and administer quizzes, tests, projects, and other assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Classroom Management - Establish and maintain a positive, respectful, and organized classroom environment that promotes active participation and collaboration among students.
  • Teaching Materials - Select and adapt textbooks, digital tools, and supplementary resources to integrate literature, writing exercises, and speaking activities.
  • Professional Collaboration - Work with colleagues to develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and school events, attending staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred for higher-level teaching).
  • Teaching certification/licensure as required by the institution.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to integrate technology into teaching.
  • Passion for language, literature, and lifelong learning.
