Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Language Instructor located in Lahore. The English Language Instructor will be responsible for facilitating and guiding students of various age groups, specifically young learners. The day-to-day tasks include observing students, providing instructions when necessary, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. The role also requires maintaining classroom discipline and encouraging a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Genuine interest in and alignment with the Kumon philosophy of self-learning and individualized instruction.
  • Strong observational skills, patience, empathy, and ability to encourage without giving answers.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with students.
  • Ability to work well with students of different age groups.
  • Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
