Job Overview

The Human Resources Director will oversee all aspects of human resources and administration, developing and implementing strategies that support the organization's mission and goals. They will manage employee relations, benefits, and labor compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  3. Oversee daily HR operations and manage the HR department.
  4. Resolve complex employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers on HR policies.
  5. Take a lead role in talent acquisition, talent management, and succession planning processes.
  6. Ensure employee benefits administration and labor compliance.
  7. Maintain industry knowledge and ensure organizational compliance.
  8. Support talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
  9. Manage employee onboarding and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees across the organization.
