Business Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate opportunities for business development and execute strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Cultivate new business relationships and partnerships through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive growth, increase market share, and enhance competitiveness.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of business activities, performance metrics, and client interactions.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ year of extensive experience in business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • 2 years of sales & marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth and expanding market share.
  • Graduate or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
