We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and converting leads across international markets.
Your primary objective will be to build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with our consulting teams to deliver financial and business consultancy services.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify and qualify new B2B leads
- Pitch financial and business consultancy services to potential clients through calls, video meetings, and demos
- Maintain a pipeline of active prospects and collaborate with the accounting and consulting teams for lead nurturing
- Prepare proposals and follow up with potential clients to meet and exceed sales targets
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in financial or SaaS services)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of financial and business consultancy services is desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
