As a sales manager for outbound programs, you will be responsible for leading a team of telemarketers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of our sales program in Pakistan.
  • Manage financial functions and ensure seamless operation of the program.
  • Maintain client relationships and develop business growth by introducing existing and new contacts within the education industry.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a team of telemarketers to meet sales objectives.
  • Generate ideas and organize competitions to motivate staff and increase sales volume.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in outbound telemarketing, including at least one year in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
