About the Role
As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for daily database maintenance and development work. This includes SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis development for reporting and optimization of table structures and database performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Focused on Database Administration and SQL development activities for both MySQL and SQL Server databases.
  • Support and maintenance of existing database infrastructure.
  • Standby, on-call, and support for MySQL/SQL Server databases.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and convince others of the right course of action.
  • Good interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write clear and concise documents.
  • Identify and respond to diverse needs of development department's users.
  • Able to work reliably and responsibly as a team member.
Requirements:
  • Must have 3 years BS degree in Computers or equivalent.
  • Proficient in database and development environment (Linux) and MS Office Suite.
  • Foresight, analysis, and logic, systematic planning, and attention to detail.
  • Total experience 1-3 years with at least 1 year of solid DBA experience.
  • Experience with n-Tier, Client Server, and Database environments.
  • Excellent logical analysis skills and problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail.
  • High levels of initiative.
