Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the company's financial affairs, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • To execute IPO procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • To manage the company's stock exchange listing process, maintaining high standards of governance and transparency
  • To prepare financial statements, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for future growth
  • To lead the corporate governance team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • To identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth, implementing strategies to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a CA - ICMA or MBA - Finance qualification
  • A background in public limited companies and manufacturing/industries will be highly regarded
  • The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
