Senior Finance Leader

This key role involves overseeing the financial and accounting functions of an organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
The Senior Finance Leader will lead the finance team in preparing financial forecasts, analyzing financial data, and identifying areas for improvement. They will also collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

This role requires a highly qualified and experienced professional with a strong background in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in finance or accounting, and preferably a certification such as CA, ACMA, CIA, ACCA, or CIMA
At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a food-FMCG or manufacturing industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team
