
Front-Line Sales Leader

This role is a front-line leadership position that oversees distributors and trade for a designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth by developing an in-depth understanding of the world of sales and driving meaningful change through Unilever's purposeful growth and digital transformation agenda.
- Uplift competitive visibility in store by coordinating with distributors/customer operational plans/executions, negotiating joint business planning with customers, and efficiently planning and managing eRTM routes for DSRs.
- Support digital transformation strategy for your territory and have acumen for financial matrix – business profitability/gross margin.
- Lead and drive an extended team, build team & develop talent, and be accountable to uphold business key performance indicators.
- Experiences & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 1-4 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
- Skill:
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Command over Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Active feet on street and market time.
- Capability to Strategize and possess strong execution skills.
