Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for building lasting customer relationships? Edge Solutions is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Gulberg, Lahore as a Customer Sales Closer / Customer Success Campaign Specialist. In this dual-focused role, you'll be instrumental in both driving new sales and ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.

  • What You'll Do:
  • Close Sales: Masterfully present Edge Solutions' offerings, address client needs, and skillfully close deals to expand our customer base. You'll guide prospective clients through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to successful conversion.
  • Drive Customer Success Campaigns: Develop and execute strategic campaigns to onboard new customers, boost product adoption, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success. Understand their evolving needs and proactively offer solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve sales and customer success strategies.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and provide valuable feedback from the front lines.

  • Proven experience in a sales closing role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate their value to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual.
