Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to act as the face of our organization, managing walk-in and online inquiries, coordinating class schedules, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily operations.

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients with course details and institute offerings
  • Answer phone, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries professionally
  • Convert potential leads into enrollments through effective communication
  • Maintain follow-up with interested students via calls/messages
Main ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction & Sales
  • Greeting and Assisting Clients: Greet and assist walk-in clients with course details and institute offerings
  • Answering Inquiries: Answer phone, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries professionally
  • Converting Leads: Convert potential leads into enrollments through effective communication
  • Follow-up Communication: Maintain follow-up with interested students via calls/messages
Administrative Coordination
  • Maintaining Class Schedules: Maintain and update class schedules in coordination with trainers
  • Ensuring Classrooms Readiness: Ensure classrooms and facilities are ready before sessions
  • Managing Student Records: Manage student registration, attendance records, and feedback forms
  • Coordinating with Trainers: Coordinate with trainers regarding availability, sessions, and material
Operational Support
  • Handling Office Tasks: Handle routine office tasks like printing, filing, and inventory checks
  • Collaborating with Marketing Team: Collaborate with marketing team for content updates or upcoming sessions
  • Ensuring Institute Environment: Ensure the institute environment is clean, welcoming, and organized
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication (Urdu & basic English)
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Confidence and Problem-Solving: Confident personality with a problem-solving attitude
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
PREFERRED QUALITIES
  • Experience in Similar Roles: Experience in educational institutes, sales, or customer service roles
  • Passion for Learning: Passion for learning and a positive attitude towards clients
  • Dynamic Environment: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
