Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media platforms, email, and content distribution platforms.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience preferences.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, utilizing analytics tools and providing regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Optimization Strategies: Identify trends and insights from campaign data to inform optimization strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engines, social media platforms, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and experience with SEO tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (SEM) on platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ability to analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital channels.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and ability to collaborate effectively with designers and content creators.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are preferred but not required.
