Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Telesales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be fluent in English and have at least two years of industry sales experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services.
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Working with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  • Keeping accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Building business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifying business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients; recommending solutions.
  • Product improvements or new products by market activities and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of industry sales experience.
  • Strategic leadership ability.
  • Fluent English (Required).
