About the Role

This position involves assisting in various tasks related to sales and marketing operations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are required.
Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include conducting research into industries, competitors, and workflows to tailor messaging. Additionally, designing and executing targeted cadences for the U.S. market is a crucial task. The candidate will also craft cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts that get noticed. Confidently cold-calling and converting leads is also a key responsibility.

The individual will analyze outreach results to test, iterate, and improve performance. They will respond rapidly to inbound leads and qualify them effectively. Conducting discovery calls to align needs with our GenAI solutions is also a key part of this role.

Maintaining detailed records in CRM is essential, as well as having a strong command of written and spoken English. A flair for crafting compelling messages for outreach is necessary, along with proven ability to book meetings and manage sales pipelines.

  • Highly organized, self-driven individuals with excellent communication skills are ideal candidates.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in BBA, MBA, or BSCS.
  • 3 years of experience in Outbound and Inbound B2B sales.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong experience with CRM and Sales Intelligence Platform.
  • Mid-Senior level experience.
  • Full-time employment.
  • Marketing and Sales job function.
  • Outsourcing/Offshoring industry experience.
