Principal Software Architect

We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead the development of server applications and ensure their functionality, security, and performance meet design specifications.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team of software engineers and mentor them through continuous training and guidance.
- Analyze business requirements, estimate assigned tasks, and write code and unit tests.
- Tune code for enhanced security and performance, maintain systems by fixing existing issues, and update issue tracking software.
- Provide status updates, communicate with clients, control versioning of code, and research new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of related experience in the professional industry.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in JavaScript technologies.
- Knowledge of NodeJS, its frameworks (ExpressJS and NestJS), and writing backend components and RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and security compliances.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript, Azure functions, YAML, Terraform, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), schemaless databases (MongoDB), and collaboration tools (GitHub, JIRA).
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
