Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Strategy Development: Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies, ensuring the brand remains recognizable, up-to-date, and exciting to customers.
  2. Business Growth: Drive business targets both topline and bottom-line, leading creative development to motivate the target audience to take action.
  3. Supply Chain Coordination: Execute brand activities by coordinating with supply chain and category development teams to ensure product availability and consumer demand.
  4. Catategy Strategy: Understand the in-store environment, contribute to category strategy, and influence pricing and promotional strategies.
  5. Communication Partnerships: Partner with communication agencies to ensure all brand communications enhance the company's image as a trusted leader.
  6. Sales-Driven Activities: Plan and lead weekly sales-driven activities, measure and report campaign performance, and assess ROI and KPIs.
  7. Leadership: Act as a brand custodian, leading from the front in internal and external meetings.
  8. Innovation: Lead innovation and renovation initiatives, ensuring sustainability goals are met.
  9. Cross-Functional Experience: Gain at least 6 years of experience in cross-functional roles, managing projects and developing brands.
  10. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrate ability to think strategically and manage market spends effectively.
  11. Brand Management: Show proven experience in brand management and marketing strategy development.
  12. Beverage Category Knowledge: Possess excellent knowledge of the beverage industry.
  13. Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership skills within cross-functional teams.
  14. Problem-Solving Abilities: Exhibit courage and problem-solving abilities, questioning the status quo.
  15. Marketing Mix Understanding: Display strong understanding of the marketing mix.
