The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring each team member is aware of the sales targets, KPIs, and monthly/quarterly/yearly standing in terms of numbers. This includes communicating key performance indicators to the team and monitoring progress towards achieving these targets.
In addition, the Sales and Operations Manager will ensure the assigned sales targets are achieved, and the teams are continuously evaluated and developed as per the required competencies. This involves conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members on areas for improvement.
The role also requires ensuring clients are dealt with professionally, given specialized solutions, and served promptly and looking all category demands. This includes coordinating with installation teams at regular intervals to keep a track of ongoing client installations and resolving any complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Furthermore, the Sales and Operations Manager will regularly monitor the sales progress and KPIs achievement through various tools such as HubSpot, SAP, and Power BI. This information will be used to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Liaising with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotations, execution, orders, and timely delivery to customers is also an essential part of this role. Additionally, the Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling of products, coordinating with the Supply Chain Department for timely availability of stock, and maintaining display with the help of VM according to the given mood boards.
The Sales and Operations Manager will also be expected to follow all SOPs and BD Sales need to generate, as well as take on any additional tasks assigned by the manager.
