Job Details

Maintain accurate and timely financial record-keeping services for multiple clients within the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record all financial transactions, including purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank transactions, journals, and adjustments in accordance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation of bank accounts and control accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Promptly prepare and submit VAT Returns via relevant accounting software, adhering to established UK accounting principles.
  • Liaise with UK-based clients to address data queries and manage deliverables through effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ACCA Affiliate (or equivalent professional certification)
  • A minimum of 3–4 years of practical bookkeeping experience working with UK clients
  • Proficiency in Sage, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated understanding of UK VAT and CIS return processes
About the Role
  • Prior experience in a remote client-facing accounting role is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple client assignments accurately and efficiently
