  • Cross-Team Coordination: Foster cooperation with Settlements and Customer Experience departments.
  • Risk Flagging: Escalate high-risk issues and propose mitigation strategies to leadership.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records, memos, SLAs, and processing manuals for assigned tasks.
  • Process Optimization: Recommend and implement enhancements to boost efficiency and control.
  • Early Detection Tasks: Manage tasks and trackers related to early detection of loss-making users.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 0–2 years in processing, settlements, or reconciliation within fintech or banking.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision is your default; accuracy is non-negotiable.
  • Problem Solver: You identify gaps, pose the right questions, and address root causes.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
