Job Description:
We are seeking a Renewal and Expansion Specialist to join our team at Humanity Inc. As a fast-growing web-based start-up, we require a Success Manager to maintain, grow, and provide world-class support to our Customer Base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging new and established customer relationships to deliver ROI and expand and renew Humanity Inc. subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic account planning and execution skills to leverage both IT and business units.
  2. Maintaining a high level of productivity, managing multiple competing priorities, and working effectively under time constraints.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelors and/or Masters Degree.
  2. 3-5+ years of customer success / sales / account management / relevant experience.
  3. Strong technical aptitude, passion, and commitment to customer success.
