Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fulfill our recruitment needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates to meet the talent requirements of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to candidates, maintain regular communication, and provide information about job opportunities and company culture.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or database.
  • Coordination: Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Feedback Management: Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and recruitment best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company positively in all candidate interactions, promoting our employer brand and values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
