Role Overview:

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle—from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Urdu or Hindi, with excellent communication and people skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Create job descriptions and publish vacancies across platforms
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide timely feedback
  • Assist in onboarding and ensuring a smooth new hire experience
  • Find Leads

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Fluency in English and Urdu or Hindi (both spoken and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
