Job Summary:

An E-commerce Administrative Assistant is needed to provide world-class administrative and operational support to fast-growing brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support account managers with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Track inventory levels, manage restocks, and oversee purchase order (PO) processes.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Manage email inboxes, calendars, and administrative priorities effectively.
  • Engage with customers and community members through forums, comments, and direct messages.
  • Extract and organize marketing and ad performance data from various sources.
  • Assist with hands-on tasks requiring strong technical skills.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of remote work experience.
  • Proficient/advanced in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, specifically with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data organization.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, RLM, Qlik, ClickUp, Asana, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong organizational abilities are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
