We are looking for a Lead Generation and Client Success Professional to join our team. As a key member of our virtual tour solutions client success team, you will be responsible for client acquisition and success management.
Your focus will be on sectors like higher education, cultural heritage sites, and museums through email marketing and social media strategy. You will develop a holistic strategy to create awareness and generate leads for our virtual tour solutions.
- You will use resources to create contact lists of prospects in industries such as Higher Education, Cultural Heritage sites, Museums, Car Dealerships, and any others that can benefit from a virtual tour.
- You will create email marketing workflows with messaging that resonates with prospects to generate qualified leads.
- You will develop and execute a thought leadership strategy using your client's social media profile to create awareness and improve brand presence, resulting in warm leads.
- You will track and report key lead generation metrics.
- You will manage client communications and relationship as a Success Manager.
- You will coordinate with marketing teams on social media content and posting.
- You will coordinate with designers and developers for website adjustments, funnel creation, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.
