Job Title:Security & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security & Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise admin staff, fire-fighting staff, the Janitorial/Sanitation/Horticulture/Guarding Staff of the plant and monitor drills.
  • Ensure timely raising of Notifications for maintenance job if required in security and follow up on regular basis till its completion.
  • Check and monitor patrolling squad at Plant regularly and intimate Crises Management Committee about any mishap taken place in plant.
  • Supervise/Control. Arrange proper uniforms of the Security/Janitorial and Horticulture Staff.
  • Check and monitor wastewater disposal system and take corrective actions.

Requirements:
  • Ex-Army or Police Officer as Commanding Officer
  • English fluency, both written and spoken
