We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in a dynamic role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top tech talent across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs.

  • Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions on various job boards and platforms.

  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, internal databases).

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills using tools, tests, or technical interviewers.

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.

  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all data is up-to-date.

  • Track recruitment metrics to identify and optimize sourcing strategies.

  • Stay updated with current trends in the tech industry and recruitment practices.

  • Attend tech events, career fairs, or networking meetups to promote employer branding.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter.

  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, structured, behavioral, technical).

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

  • Experience sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

  • Understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and frameworks (Java, Python, .NET, AWS, DevOps, etc.).

Preferred Skills:
  • Recruitment certifications (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter).

  • Experience in campus hiring and building internship programs.

  • Knowledge of visa/work permit processing (if applicable).
