Role Overview

The role of Assistant Manager Digital Products is to drive digital transformation across the organization, focusing on developing and implementing a comprehensive digital ecosystem for sales, channels, supply chain, and demand generation.

This position will cover various services including product development, operations growth, business insights, and data analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the overall design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives at an organizational level.

Critical skills required include knowledge of digital supply chain solutions, development of digital assets, analytics expertise, and relevant academic degrees or professional qualifications.

Strong business acumen with experience in agtech or agriculture is preferred, along with a proven record of change management. A passion for digital transformation and a data-driven approach to agriculture is essential.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in digital product management and growth, with at least 1 year of experience in digital agriculture or AgriTech. Experience with channel solutions and field force is beneficial, as well as business analytical and planning skills.
