Project Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee digital marketing projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and enhancing overall project execution.

  • This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and proven experience managing multiple digital projects simultaneously in an agency setting.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, managing and coordinating internal teams, and ensuring team members follow established processes and instructions effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project timelines and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met
  • Manage and coordinate internal teams to enhance project execution
  • Ensure team members follow established processes and instructions effectively
  • Identify and address project bottlenecks while implementing solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and deliverables meet expectations

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a digital marketing agency
  • Proven experience managing a team of at least 8-10 individuals
  • Experience working with ClickUp, GHL, and other project management/CRM tools
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing factors, mainly SEO and Google Ads
  • Proficient with AI tools and technologies relevant to marketing and project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
