We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to lead the implementation of our organization's technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, configure, install, and maintain all hardware, including servers running VMware ESXi and storage solutions such as RAID and SAN technology, ensuring optimal system performance and data security.
  2. Utilize extensive experience with Windows Server 2008, including DHCP, Domain, DNS, and file servers, while maintaining backups to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.
  3. Possess strong knowledge of Linux OS, especially regarding firewalls, IP tables, Mangle, NAT, routes, and ACLs, to protect against cyber threats and ensure secure network operations.
  4. Implement load balancing with multiple internet connections and demonstrate knowledge of routing protocols to ensure efficient data transmission and minimal latency.
  5. Provide expert help desk support to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring user satisfaction.
