Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

  • System Management & Technical Support
Responsibilities
  • Systems Administration
    • Maintain and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and network infrastructure.
    • Implement system updates and security patches to ensure stability and protection.
  • Network Administration
    • Configure and maintain secure network settings, including firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
    • Monitor and optimize network performance to address latency and connectivity issues.
  • User Support & Device Management
    • Provide technical support for computer hardware, printers, and mobile devices.
    • Ensure seamless onboarding of new employees with IT assets and access.
  • Data Security & Compliance
    • Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies in compliance with security standards.
    • Monitor data security practices to safeguard sensitive information.
    • Liaise with vendors for hardware, software, and service requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT system administration or technical support.
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, networking, and system troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
