School Improvement Program Manager

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the School Improvement Program. This involves strengthening school councils, implementing School Development Plans (SDPs), mobilizing communities, and enhancing school enrichment programs.

You will establish and maintain strong institutional relationships between various stakeholders, including government officials, corporate representatives, head teachers, and ITA teams. Your role will also involve monitoring partner schools on a regular basis, conducting site-based coordination, staff hiring, appraisal, and preparing annual work plans and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Whole School Improvement Program across multiple schools
  • Strengthen school councils and implement SDPs
  • Mobilize communities and enhance school enrichment programs
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Monitor partner schools and conduct site-based coordination
  • Prepare annual work plans and budgets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential. Additionally, you should be dedicated, energetic, organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

You should be able to take initiative and work with limited direction. A proactive approach and excellent analytical skills are required. The ability to write clear and concise business proposals and reports is also necessary.
