Job Title: Account Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in the success of our campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring the application of effective strategies and creative elements.
  • Utilize marketing platforms to track campaign success, analyze key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications to maximize engagement and results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement campaigns that align with client goals and target audience preferences.
  • Work with creative and strategy teams to refine campaigns based on performance data, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Build and refine audience segments to ensure accurate and relevant targeting, improving campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years in marketing, project management, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance data effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and ChatGPT. Experience with Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce for analytics and management.
  • Background in Health and Wellness, Sports Medicine, Digital Marketing, and Alternative Wellness (CBD/THC, Delta 8, Delta 9, Kratom). Additionally experienced in Hospitality and Restaurants.
