Online Sales and Brand Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Online Sales and Brand Growth Specialist to drive online sales and brand growth in the competitive U.S. eCommerce market.

Job Description:

As an Online Sales and Brand Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing high-impact digital advertising campaigns on major ad networks, including Google Ads and Meta Ads. You will work during USA business hours (night shift in Pakistan) to ensure all campaigns are optimized for the U.S. eCommerce market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Leverage expertise in U.S. eCommerce to drive traffic, increase sales, and grow brand awareness.
  • Develop targeted ad strategies to improve conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Create and execute remarketing strategies to maximize customer retention and repeat purchases.
  • Work closely with the sales and content teams to ensure ad campaigns align with the broader business goals.
  • Monitor performance, analyze campaign results, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Strong expertise in the U.S. eCommerce market, with a focus on driving online sales and maximizing ROI. In-depth knowledge of advertising metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate optimization. Hands-on experience with ad platforms, including Google Shopping and Facebook Ads.
