We are seeking an Advertising Specialist to assist in managing ad campaigns, monitoring accounts, and providing accurate data. Experience across multiple channels such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Tiktok, Temu, Bestbuy is required.

How you will achieve success:
  • Assist Ad managers in setting up campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids, and budgets across multiple channels.
  • Monitor ad accounts and adjust bids and budgets as directed.
  • Report to a Team Manager and provide daily updates, recommendations, and insights.
  • Perform Keyword, Competitor, and Market Research for each account.
  • Provide complete and accurate data in weekly reports.
  • Fill in for the Ad Manager when they are out, providing reports, monitoring accounts, and making optimizations.
  • Thrive in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities and challenges.
What experiences will help you in this role:
  • 1+ year managing ads across ecommerce channels like Amazon, Walmart, Target.
  • Experience with keyword research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
  • Experience organizing large data sets using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with ad management tools like Kenshoo, Pacvue, or Sellics is a plus.
  • Experience creating advertising reports and strategic recommendations.
  • Past ad agency experience and a BA or higher in Marketing are advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, face-based culture and a remote setup with reliable internet.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours (8am-5pm MST).
