Job Description

As a Digital Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients drive digital transformation and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Business Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough analysis of clients' digital processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance customer experience.
    • Develop comprehensive business requirements and specifications for digital projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Capture and manage user stories in Jira, facilitating effective project planning and execution.
    • Process documentation and identification of key dependencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, gathering and documenting requirements to inform digital solutions.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit business needs and priorities, driving collaboration and consensus.
    • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging gaps and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Solution Design:
    • Work closely with technical teams to design and develop digital solutions that meet business needs, leveraging data analytics and industry best practices.
    • Create process models, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate proposed solutions, fostering stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
    • Ensure solutions align with clients' strategic objectives and technical architecture, driving business value and innovation.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, informing business decisions and driving growth.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to track key performance indicators, enabling data-driven decision making.
    • Utilize data analytics tools to support business analysis and reporting, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Change Management Initiatives:
    • Support clients in managing change related to digital transformation, developing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of new digital solutions.
