Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and wants to be part of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
