We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. The CSA will be responsible for handling equipment shipment cases, updating records in various customer service /vendor portals, making calls for equipment recovery, and providing regular reports and updates to clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in customer service protocols, and have the ability to attend weekly client meetings for updates and instructions.

Responsibilities:

- Handle equipment shipment cases, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.

- Update records and maintain accurate documentation in various customer service portals.

- Make outbound calls to customers for equipment recovery and provide necessary assistance.

- Share regular reports and work progress on all cases with clients, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

- Update knowledge base (KB) documents with relevant information and troubleshooting steps.

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting with customers and colleagues.

- Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates on ongoing cases and receive further instructions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in using customer service/vendor portals and software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Knowledge of equipment shipment processes and logistics is preferred.

- Prior experience in attending client meetings and providing updates is a plus.
