Job Title: Senior Project Supervisor

A key role awaits an experienced leader to oversee the management of various projects. As a Senior Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise verification, cross-checking, and approvals as per financial powers and SOPs;
  2. Prepare Annual Capex Budget through discussions, meetings, and evaluations;
  3. Supervise issuance of job numbers under different categories;
  4. Upload correct and complete approved financial budgets into the system;
  5. Prepare Financial Feasibility reports for pipeline projects;
  6. Closing of Projects Section with revenue overhead allocations;
  7. Preparation of Various Schedules related to Projects Section;
  8. Aging Analysis for ongoing distribution and transmission projects;
  9. Resolve ERP issues related to projects module;
  10. Check and verify payment of PF loans and final settlement payments;
  11. Verification of cash imprest sent/received from HO;
  12. Act as signatory for cheques issued by the Fund Section;
  13. Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA in Finance/Accounting from a recognized university with at least 06 years of experience in Oil & Gas Sector;
  • OR CA/ACMA with at least 04 years of post-qualification experience in Oil & Gas Sector;
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting;
  • Understanding of project management principles;
  • Experience in oil and gas sector is desirable.
