The role of Growth Strategist is instrumental in driving our expansion efforts across key markets. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall growth.
Your key focus areas will include:
- TOP LINE MANAGEMENT: Develop and optimize channel mix to drive revenue growth while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- 360 MARKETING STRATEGY: Leverage marketing campaigns and GTMs to effectively communicate our value proposition, driving customer engagement and conversion.
You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. With a strong track record of delivering results-driven strategies, you will be equipped to lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a similar role, with expertise in CRM, growth, customer retention/acquisition, and customer lifecycle management.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or a related field.
