Business Development Manager
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by expanding relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and excellent communication skills.

Job Overview:

We require a Business Development Manager to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional HR SaaS modules/products that align with the client's industry needs. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify Upsell Opportunities: Develop a deep understanding of the client's usage patterns, business needs, and expansion potential.
  • Recommend Relevant Products: Analyse industry trends and the client's business model to recommend relevant products/modules that complement their existing setup.
  • Build Client Relationships: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their evolving needs and align solutions accordingly.

This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
