We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a detail-oriented professional, you will be responsible for bidding on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, identifying and engaging with potential clients, and negotiating deals.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and be comfortable working part-time in a night shift role. You will work closely with our technical team to provide accurate project estimations and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

Responsibilities
  • Bidding on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork to acquire international clients.
  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients to generate business opportunities.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their project requirements and expectations.
  • Negotiating and finalizing deals, ensuring profitable terms for the company.
  • Coordinating with the technical team to provide accurate project estimations.
  • Ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Handover of secured projects to the Project Manager for execution.
  • Following up with clients on project progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Managing payment collection from clients to the company account.
  • Maintaining records of deals, bids, and client communications for reporting purposes.
  • Researching market trends and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Creating and maintaining proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
  • Building relationships with existing clients for upselling and repeat business.
  • Assisting in branding and marketing strategies to improve outreach.
  • Coordinating with the finance team for invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Attending online networking events and business conferences to expand the client base.
