Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Travel Planner - Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our travel operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our travel products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Development: Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality results through comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Customer Guidance: Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to clients on travel arrangements, destinations, transportation methods, accommodations, and activities.
  • Cultural Awareness: Offer valuable insights into local customs, weather conditions, necessary documents, and currency exchange rates to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip for our clients.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Tours Operators, Resorts, Hotels, and Restaurants to facilitate seamless travel experiences.
  • Marketing Efforts: Promote our travel packages and services to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:

Core Competencies: Expertise in Local Tourism and a broad understanding of International Tourism. Additionally, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
