Business Development Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to spearhead the acquisition of software development projects from global clients. Your primary focus will be on the USA market, where you will leverage your extensive knowledge of software development sales and technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on global software development market trends, focusing on US-based client needs and challenges.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop effective sales approaches that align with business objectives and client requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proposal Creation: Craft tailored proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for business development strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the IT and software development industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the software development industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop business development strategies.
