About the Role:- We are seeking a Mid-Level & Senior Sales Representative to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to schedule appointments and pitch our services.
- Qualify leads by identifying needs and collecting relevant information during initial contact.
- Maintain and manage accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and appointments using CRM tools.
- Consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting and sales targets.
- Provide strategic input on sales campaigns and assist in developing new sales approaches (Senior role).
- Mentor and support junior sales staff where needed (Senior role).
Requirements:
- 1.5 to 5+ years of proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or medical billing industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Leadership experience or mentoring skills are a plus (for Senior role).
